Did you wait for Windows to assign an IP address? It can take a minute or so. Verify that you have an IP before trying to connect. Remember that the car ignition must be on; it doesn't need to be running.
I'm in Ventura County which is sort of in the "LA" area. I've done about 5 coding sessions without any issues. |
I waited for windows to detect but eventually it just gave up and said no connection. I'll have to double check it to see what the exact message was but I waited until it stopped several times.
