I can't speak to the 10mm lower, as I drive a (formerly) sky-high xDrive/MSport vehicle.
For spacers, I have 400M winter wheels, square, and run 12mm spacers up front and 15mm in the rear to make them flush with the fenders. My 400Ms are ET 34, front and rear.
My summer wheels are 19x8.5 ET 35/19x9.5 ET43 with no spacers and they run flush to the fenders with no rubbing or fender mods.
I read that 403Ms are ET 36/47, respectively, if that helps.

In the wheels i see IS36 and IS47. Is that the ET value? In that case how far can i go to get the wheels flush with the fenders?
