You guys need to relax the car is still more than a year out. BMW has not finalized the engines much less the naming conventions.
335i has ALOT of brand equity I don't think it will be demoted. But to medeiro, I hope you are not buying a car for its investment value.
Change is good, keeps technology advancing. Its like telling Intel to stop making faster/better CPUs...not gonna happen...
I got an e90 325i and its been amazing to me. I am skipping the 335i due to all the HPFP issues and going straight for the F32 M3.
I will have had the car for 7-8 years by then. I also don't like buying two cars within the same generation feels like a waste of money.
