I recommend
Hotel Demas, it's a simple unassuming hotel which I've stayed twice. Should be more affordable than what you quoted above and they have a great breakfast and parking (kind of a bunker like, it was super narrow and probably from WWII, ha). Otherwise, parking up the block and public transportation very close. You'll be
within walking distance of Marienplatz.
P.S. I would recommend calling the hotel directly to ask for booking if you have any issues online (sometimes helps, especially with last minute openings)
