Why do you want to use spacers?

If you look for new wheels isn't it better to find a direct fit for F30?
First time to get an aftermarket wheel, I want aggressive look with normal tires because of the availability of tires in my country 18" are good but 19 no good
Spacers are often used to give a car a more aggressive stance with existing wheels.

If you buy new aftermarket wheels you can look for wheels with aggressive offsets directly instead of buying wheels that need spacers to result in a wide stance on F30.

An example of a staggered setup for F30 without need of spacers:
F: 8.5x18" ET35
R: 9.5x18" ET40

1/2" wheel width corresponds to 6mm in offset, which means that a 8" ET29 wheel will look similar to a 8.5" ET35.
