I had exactly this on a brand new July 2017 M140i LCI.
Vibrated at 65 and got worse to just above 80.
Dealer changed MP LSD which I'd had dealer fitted, drive shafts, prop and wheels. Still there. I ended up rejecting the car and took a 435DX Gran Coupe from them as they gave me such a good deal.
Funny thing was I drove a demo M140i they had and that was great. Ny wife's got a 2016 M140 4 door and that's perfect and was the reason I ordered one. Only differences were no LSD on the demo and mine was a 2 door, demo was 4 door.
I don't know what happened to the car but am still puzzled as to what it was.
