$12,000 / year

that's a rough estimate ... (if not more depending on your tastes)
$1200 for set of tires per year? Are you serious?

I can get at least 2 years on the same tires, especially since F30's 18s are not staggered anymore (225s all around). And I'm not paying $1200 for tires. A nice set of Continentals ContiExtreme DWS will cost you $636 according to tirerack.com. IMO this is pretty much the best all-season tire. You can have their summer performance tire model for the same price, which is also pretty good. The Pirelli Cinturato P7 All-season RFT are $792 for a set of 4.

And according to the official EPA figures for the 328i and 335i, the cost of gas per month will be between $177 and $191.

So,

$600 for payment/lease per month (+/- 100)
$177 - 190 for gas per month
$100 - 150 for insurance per month
======================
$877 - 940 total per month (+/- 100)
+
< $1000 for tires every 2 years
