Car has to be scheduled for a service bay. Only cars with VPC installed parts, factory shipped parts, defect repairs, factory upgrades, etc. go to these service bays. All depends on whats going on at the VPC when your car arrives. At least thats what I've been told by someone who toured a VPC.
