Can you elaborate on "functions better"? Is the light merely brighter, or brighter + whiter + better in some other way?
I live in Singapore, so perpetual city driving. Wondering if I should go for xenon. Besides only "wanting" it, am trying to find excuses/justifications for me to "need" it as well.
