I don't see how it would be possible... someone in the factory would have to not only know 106.7 exists as a real station, but would have to have the know-how to change the coding on the ECU to display "Blow Me" when that station was displayed. The code would probably have to be injection based, so that future updates to the ECU's software did not overwrite the new software.

Using Occam's Razor would suggest that "Blow Me" was sent by the radio station incorrectly as the station name and is being stored as the station name in the car. The car probably keeps the names cached so that it doesn't have to go out and get them every time you start the car.

So yeah... totally an inside joke...
