The F10 FRM (Footwell Module) controls all lighting, so for F30, the equavlent wqould be both FEM_BODY (Front Electronics Module) and REM (Rear Electronics Module).
KAFAS (Camera Module) should be present in both F10 and F30 depending on the car's options (e.g., Lane Departure Warning, High Beam Assistant, Speed Limit Info).
I do not understand your question about the connection and the battery. If you are asking how to connect and code the car without draining the battery, you can and should code everything with the motor running, except the DME Module.
