I have Nokian Hakkapeliitta R, they are not run flats.
These are the best winter tyres on the market (non studed), made for the Nordic winter. If you want tyres made for the European winter (still very good winter tyres, not all year) Nokian have the WR D3 or you can get the Continental ContiWinterContact TS 830.

All of the tyres above are available in 235/35R19. And are test winners in their category. The last to are recommended for use in southern Sweden, so still a decent winter tyre.
