New hardware. Sorry. But you can always buy a new CIC and probably a new screen if the resolution was increased.

609 is just a ordering number. It's remained unchanged for years and always refers to pro nav system. It's the actual part numbers of the ECUs that determine exactly what it is, and want version (h/w)
