You do not need combox to get BMW Live.
To Enable BMW Live (News, Weather, Google Local Search, Panoramio, Street View, Applications -> Qype, Wiki Local, Yelp)

If you have Android, Install FoxFi (WiFi Tether)
Enable bluetooth dun. Connect car to the phone. From main menu Select ConnectedDrive->BMW Live->Settings.
Set Country UK. save. Update BMW Live to get latest updates. I do not have combox on my car, only option 6NH and it is working.
