Not by much. Manual trans well thats pretty much on the driver and who can shift better/faster..

Another point to consider is that the PPK for the 135i and E90 gave more torque to cars equipped with AT vs MT.
HP improvement was about the same, but torque was higher for the AT.
I don't know if BMW will do the same for the F30, but chances are good.
