I should be able to answer this, because I have it on my '12, but I'm not sure. I think it comes in that package but I'm really not sure. I dont remember seeing anything on mine for the power shade, but I do remember the manual side shades. $575 seems steep for just the manuals so maybe it includes the back also (wishful thinking maybe?).
