I have a similar sound when accelerating and at low speed arround 20-40km/h , not during braking!I hear it only in electric mode and haven't dealt with it because I don't believe the dealer will manage to find the source of the problem .
I will try to get a video but I believe we should live with it since it doesn't seem to be a real problem.
