I've now installed two different versions of 2021-3 NBT_Evo, and the addresses and the navigating portion are both worse than my previous version, 2020-1.

The new map wouldn't recognize my home address at all.

Also, when I navigated to an address I entered, the new version had me ending in the middle of the interstate.

I've had similar problems like this in the past, but the newer maps usually corrected a lot of issues I had. Never has a newer version been worse than the old: Until now.

I paid for one of the 2021-3 versions. I was so disappointed, I downloaded a free version 2021-3 (It was a slightly larger file.) and got the same results.

Luckily, I found my old 2020-1, and switched back.
