Becoming a bit unreliable of late...

The forum that is... More times in the last month than I can recall in the last 2 years, on top of the debacle of an app update that made it impossible to post!

It's certainly the most unreliable forum I've ever been on in terms of speed of loading a page or indeed being able to log in at all....

Yes, its hosted in a small room at the back of F30AMs place.

We got the wires all crossed after a heavy night of Ouzo and dancing girls.

Sorry. It won't happen again.

At least until tomorrow night....

Tried this morning and it was down, rest of the day has been spent prepping the Mondeo for handover to Peugeot dealer next month.

It has been like a whores drawers lately.

Agreed. Cleaned the car and caught up in about 4 car mags that I had around. Have to get my car fix somewhere!

Yep, with all the spare time I had today I used a couple of microfibers to clean my engine bay.

As the owner of a motoring based website that went down for four days last weekend due to a DOS attack on my host servers, I can tell you that it's one of the most frustrating experiences. A right royal pain in the arse.

Unreliable and getting worse.

I appreciate that it's free and the downtime may be due to malicious acts rather than capacity, but it's a well informed community and a shame when it's offline.

I created an offshoot of BMWLand after it closed down called BMWLänder.co.uk. Early days, old members are coming back which is nice.

The app still has bugs too, like not being able to appreciate posts without it crashing

It's a shame as I prefer the app for ease over loading via browser in the phone.

Hopefully they'll get it sorted, but guess they have bigger issues with the site.
