Back in November, my 2013 335i F30 starting stuttering and shaking. It was like the car couldn't decide which gear to be in. Immediately after that, I was coasting down a hill while the car was stuttering and I hit the brakes to stop for a car in front of me. The car surged forward even through full brake pedal pressure. I almost hit the car in front but luckily it stopped. Then, the car stalled.

I restarted the car drove off. I took it to the dealer and there were no codes. The same thing happened last week except I didn't almost hit a car. What is going on here? I'll take it to the dealer but I am concerned about driving it. It only has 7,300 miles but this problem, along with constant rattles, creaks, and poor quality really have me questioning this car.
