Don't get me wrong but after having an 06' E90 and 09' E90 for just over 6 years combined I was done with it. The F30 is just new and different. It's a whole different car. I have yet to find one thing (other than missing out on the new nav software) that I could complain about. A+ all around!

Differences that I like so far...

1. Real Cup Holders
2. iDrive doesn't cause for my shoulder to feel like its going to blow out
3. Padded arm rest
4. The stick is higher up and has a feel like the E39 had
5. Storage in the door is untouchable by the E90
6. Door arm rest ambient lighting
7. Most will hate this but not having the LED turn signals makes it so I don't have a high beam of a turn signal anymore
8. Seats are more comfortable
9. Trunk is set up better and has a clip to hold the storage cover so you can access the compartments under
10. Rear middle seat folds down as one for a pass through with 2 seats still usable
11. Dynamic Handling Package
12. Estoril II

I have a feeling once I see th m sport in person I will get the "must have it at all costs" fever! As much as I loved the e46, I would never want one again.

I did sit in an m6 convertible which had much of the updated m styling and really liked it including the wheel.

Don't like the standard F30 front look, but the M sport makes it acceptable. The raised hood is still bothering me. But what happened to the rear diffuser and exhaust pipes? Looks to me an afterthought, just like the fake popup screen on the dash.

Minor detail, but does anybody prefer the volume buttons on the steering wheel on the left side as opposed to the right side? E46 had them on the left. Drove a Canadian F30 recently and it was on the right.

So far It's been tough getting used to it haha. I was used to 8 years of volume on the left and now it's on the right?!

With AT for the vast majority of drivers, the right hand now needs some thing to fiddle with, or else...

F30 exterior looks better...

E90 interior looks better, the F30's interior looks a little jarring, reminds me of some of the Japanese sports cars.

With this being said...So far I'm loving the DHP with xDrive. I feel like there is so much grip and power ready to be put down. Going from ECO Pro to comfort t sport have very considerable differences.

Thought I'd never go to xDrive but with the roads they way they are here in upstate NY (road & parking lot heaving, pot holes, rough roads - I grounded both my E90's around town with standard sport suspension and trust me I do my best to avoid all obstacles), the snow, and twisted back roads I'll enjoy the ground clearance and ability to drive all year round! For all the N55 haters, I feel like the xDrive and N55 has more to give than my RWD LCI N54!
That's awesome to hear considering I have almost the exact same car sitting at the dealership waiting to be picked up (Belgium insurance/registration is killing me)...I was only able to test drive a RWD sportline 335 F30 prior to ordering but EB2 and AWD were must haves for me. Thanks for the info and the comparison of the two. I must say I was very close to ordering an S4 but ultimately decided to stick w/ BMW...can't wait to get her on the road!

Haters gonna hate, but i prefer the E90 Still The steering wheel in the F30 is just killing me, don't know though is it possible to select another one when ordering the car... Don't like the front on the F30 either, it just looks too futuristic IMO.

Offtopic, but actually I felt the same when I first saw the E60, it looked ugly compared to the E39 and still nowadays I like the exterior of the E39 more though it looks really old, but would take a E60 M5 anyday still because the E39 looks so old

I guess it's all about getting used to something new and in the end a F30 M3 will appear in my driveway someday in 2014-2015 hopefully

Although I am driving F30, I still think E90 look much better especially the exterior. E90 hood looks much better than F30 hood.

Both look great. F30 looks newer overall, but E90 sedan looks a bit better in the rear. F30's hood look a little strange from a certain angle though.
