I went for the 19"s, but am loving the clean look of the 18".

Think I am definitely getting a set of 18" for winter tyres. Best of both, lol

Just read this. This is why you need to use the glove at the petrol station.

Sorry to take off topic.

I was not slating it, I am not a fan of the "high revving engines" now ( must be getting old ) I am sure that once pushed the car goes well, torque is my thing these days, the car with torque "feels so good IMO".

It's a personal choice John. If have friends who ride Ducatis, because they love the torque. I ride a GSXR Suzuki because I enjoy revs.
Many a happy discussion on the merits of both in the bar.

I am taking a 328i out later this week. Really intrigued about it as before I decided on a 330D it was 'the one' I was going to go for.

I'm a Fazer 1000 man - de-tuned R1 engine so much less revvy, so by rights I should have gone for the 330d and not the 328i

Saw my first EB f30 Msport today near BMW UK in Bracknell on 19" wheels. Personally I think the wheels transform the car and look amazing. Makes me wonder though that on the next generation will BMW offer 20" spinners?

Tyre rubber will be very thin, could transmit to much road noise., would look great though.
