Comfort and Sport modes

Lately when I switch from sport to comfort mode the steering feels veryyyy light and loose, other times when its in comfort mode the wheel feels much heavier. At times the wheel seems to be off balance. I was at a red light and i let off very slightly and the wheel turned to the left and I tested it numerous times. The brakes seem to not hold as well and when i come to a stop and put her in park and lift the handbrake and release my foot from the brake the car rocks back and forth before it stops. Is all this supposed to happen to a new car? Not to mention all the idrive electronic issues, BMW assist does not work at all and cannot detect a signal from any location. The back up camera sensors seem to not show up on the screen with about a 10 second delay and the sensors themselves act weird most of the time.

I feel like just dropping the car off and requesting a refund.
