i mean...they are sex, literally, sex...but in the NE, for a daily driver, I would bend the $hit out of those at 20"....it's a good deal though.

I wanted a set of HRE's, they are definatly the best looking wheel, but I couldn't justify the price either, I can afford to pay cash in full when I ordered my BMW 550i because I justify my financial decisions, people dont become rich by making poor financial decisions. I ordered a set of the BBS CHR's, with a set of michelin pilot super sports added, the complete bill was under $3900.00 installed. I think the 5 grand I saved looks better in my bank account than theirs...just my opinion. But I guess if you are totally debt free and your retirement accounts are fully funded with over a million dollars minimum, I would definatly blow the money on them, if you could pay cash and not go in debt for them.

There are many wheel choices, but if you are looking for a high quality custom forged wheel, I believe we are one of the top choices.

If there is anything I can assist with, feel free to email me at LonM@hrewheels.com

wow, cash for a 550, nice job man lol. im 16, my retirement account is not anything on my mind as of now, i have the money to buy the set of HRE's but its just not worth the amount of money. i know theyre beautiful wheels that are of the highest quality, but 8k plus tires is just not worth it to me. i can lease an is250, for 7k one payment for 36 months. f sport too

A smart financial decision is not to by a BMW like we did, and spend 4k on wheels like we did. A smart financial decision is to buy a Honda. Now we will have a total of 30k in the bank

A million dollars?
Get real, money is there to be used.

I saved money for a couple of months to buy my set of HRE's. I don't get some people's attitude against buying cars. There is no medal to be earned if you pay cash. You ain't a better person. I rather pay my car out of my monthly paycheck than to leave a $100 000 hole in my bank account (price for the 335 where I live). But all this is just my opinion. I rather live my life full of the stuff I want than die with a bank account full of money.

We just have different views, no wrong or right, I dont know how it is in Europe, but I just dont believe in throwing away money on interest on a car loan, also I plan to retire at 65 years old, and need to plan to live 20 years without a paycheck for me and my wife, so I'd be surprised if a million would cover that since inflation is going up every day, but then you could be right too...you could just die tomorrow and not have to worry about those things. But if I die tomorrow, I'll have peace that I left my son with some security.

I think everyone has their freedom on how to spend their hard earned money.

The only part that I would add, is when you are in the market for aftermarket wheels, make sure you do your research. There are a lot of very high quality brands such as Rays, BBS, OZ, Enkei. But there are a lot of poor quality brands with not much engineering that market themselves as a high quality brand.

It's not about the amount of money you spend. There are products in the market that are selling for $3000 range that I would trust on my own car. I think that is the key, if your family members are in your car, would you trust the product that is on your car regarding safety.

HRE announced the new FF01 which will start at $2900 for the set. The product carries the customer service and quality that the HRE brand carries.

Quality has to do with the people who stand behind it, not just the price.
