Door handle lighting

I recently bought a F30 320d ED which was an ex-BMW management car. My windscreen wipers started playing up especially on auto mode so my local dealer replaced the FEM module last Friday. Before the change, when I unlocked the car, there was lighting around the door handles, but now this is missing. Is there an iDrive setting to put it back or is it a trip back to the dealer?

I'm not aware of a user setting but other guys might know more. Sounds like dealer should sort it for you if they messed it up.

No settings to adjust to my knowledge.

Typical.
In previous posts I have indicated that I have had lots of cars ( I am now retired).
Over the years I have taken cars back to the dealer with a fault only to have the car returned with another fault, which they swear blind they couldn't possibly have caused.
I hope you get this sorted out quickly, otherwise the dealer will send you round in circles !

Dealers should certainly be aware to the possibility of work having 'side effects'. When enquiring how long the DAB retrofit takes the dealer advised me that it's 2hrs but that they keep the car for the whole day because (even following BMW approved fitting procedures), they also fully retest iDrive and the car's features to make sure everything still works as it should. They even gave examples, e.g. they test that the electric seat memory still works as it should.

Ha ha does that include testing that the engine still produces 258hp? and the 155mph limiter still works

Assumes they can find anywhere round here where you can do 155mph! It's more likely to be the ASS they'll be testing

Funny though cos they did say someone's seat memory stopped working after they did a completely unrelated mod and they had to recode it.

Talking of lights, the Ambient lighting in my car has two settings, "Clasic and Sport", I have changed from one to another and can not see any difference , anyone else tried this?.
I have turned up the brightness to full also.

I believe that a small aerial is fitted inside the windscreen , when the DAB radio is a retro fit.
Do you have any photos of this aerial fitted ?

Got it booked back in at the dealer now. Hopefully it all be sorted with no other side effects. TBH, the dealer has been very good in the past so I don't see why they won't be this time.
