Good to know there's someone good over there! I went there 2 weeks ago with my wife, all the SA's were on the phone in their "offices." We asked the receptionist twice over a 25-30 minute period if someone could come help us, no one came. Since then, she refuses to go to BMW and wants to go back to Audi....

Another person who I recommend would be James Duerbeck from BMW of FFX. He was the person Dennis put me with to set up with the sale of my current car. This guy is honest and knows his stuff. Ask him about anything about BMWs and he can answer them.
