Winter wheel setup / spacers? - help

When I bought my F30, it already had BMW optional 20' inch wheels (8 J x 20 225/35 R 20 Y front, 8.5 J x 20 255/30 R 20 Y rear…..model Double Spoke 361)…. Im going to a square setup: Model 415 Turbines 18 225/45.

Now I don't fully understand when spacers are needed, but considering both these OEM F30 wheels do not have a lip, they are flush on the outside, does that mean they are interchangeable with no adjustments? So no spacers needed? Or does my current setup unknown to me already have spacers perhaps?

Thx

Look @ the offset/ET stamped inside the wheel or research the offest for your wheels on this site. Chances are they will fit w/o spacers. You have to consider the type of brakes as well..

No need for spacers on either setup since they are OEM for F30. But you can use spacers for looks.

They may fit, but if the offsets are the same you may need a little spacer action to get them to look half decent!
