Hey guys,

Been quietly roaming around the forum the last few weeks. Finally at a state where I can post some photos of my 328i. Its a luxury model with x-Drive so it didn't start off as sporty as most of the guys like to see here. I had my eye out for a CPO M sport but there were none with low kilometres available so I jumped on this one as it only had 20k on it.

It's come together pretty well since the updates I made.

Style 269 BMW Performance rims. These are the E60 5 series spec (yup they fit). I wanted a wider stance, I may look at playing with the camber ever so slightly but the front has very little room for any form of tucking.

Exterior...
Tire and rim spec:
Front (8.5/19/ET18) - 225/40/19
Rear (9.5/19/ET32)- 255/35/19
*wrapped with Goodyear Eagle F1's

Sport grill upgrade (huge improvement over the luxury grill)
CF mirror covers
CF antenna cover (got this free)
CF trunk spoiler

I've got the injen intake I plan to put in this week.

Interior...
I'll follow up with photos. I've installed the M performance shifter already and have the M performance steering wheel trim on the way.

Hi there,

The CF antenna is literally just a sleeve that sits over the existing antenna. If you have xm radio I hear it will mess up the reception. Standard am/fm radios fine as I hear the antennas actually somewhere around the rear windshield. My radio works flawless.

Here's a link to the one I have, I got it for free as the seller messed up my first order for exhaust tips. Shipped me this by accident and told me to keep it.

It slipped on with 3m perfectly. Looks like it came with the car.

I had a MG luxury line. Painted front reflectors really class up the look on the front end. I would add it to your mod list!

Thanks for the positive feedback gentleman! Actually over the last few weeks a lot has gone down in terms of updates.

As I have been reading over and over the folks on here all seem to steer towards the M Sport model. Much so that it's inspired me to convert my Luxury line to an M Sport....

So...I already had all the carbon parts such as the trunk spoiler and mirror covers. What next?

1. I sold the style 269 rims and went to style 400m rims.

2. I started converting the interior trim to M. I'm not looking to get every possible M part available. I'd like to get the car to a state where its as close to "factory" M spec as possible:
A. M Door sills
B. M shifter
C. M foot rest
D. M steering wheel trim (not a common mod as most guys buy a whole new steering wheel, but I wanted to stick to a budget friendly route).

3. Just ordered a full M Sport body kit which is getting painted and installed next week.

4. M rocker panel decals

5. M front lip and rear diffuser (rocker extensions to follow at a later date)

6. M Sport kidney grills (original with chrome outlining. This will tie in better with the chrome trim around my windows).

7. Carbon fiber exhaust tips. Aftermarket but identical design less the M badging.

Hey man, congratulations it looks beautiful... I just got mine in April and love it.... would love to get those exhaust top covers... where did you get them and how was it to install?

Looking good! Been thinking of doing the same to my MG sport line.

Which exhaust tips are those, OEM BMW M, or aftermarket? Do they fit the stock 328i exhaust?
