Wanted to eventually add car play(a week in my vent mount broke one of the clips lol), and I was looking at NBT units on ebay(they're roughly $1000). I have a 2013 335i xDrive with the regular screen and HK audio( I heard the android units lower the audio quality which I would like to avoid). Was thinking of hitting a junkyard and hopefully finding a newer car and grabbing it from there, but was wondering if anyone here has experience doing this, as I'd like a rearview camera as well as carplay. Thanks!
