Yeah...it is, especially on Mineral Gray. I thought the letters would be black, but they're a dark silver.

I'm a Min Grey too so thanks for the pics. now contemplating ...

How r u liking your PPK? Only really heard from about 3 peeps so far, and I'm still the only MT. Really enjoy hearing the reviews just to compare. My exhuast burble is a bit louder now. I got a "was it always this loud" from the wife yesterday!!!

At about 450 miles on it.

I'm right around 1,000 miles, with maybe 100 miles on the kit since my install on Friday (had to fly out of town for the weekend). I really like it, and the exhaust definitely sounds stronger. Mine is AT, but in sport mode it "backs off" really nice.

It really wasn't difficult at all - the template really helps, and you do have to be careful when peeling the film off both the front and back, as the M Performance decals are all separate letters. You peel off the backing, position it and then rub it to make it all stick well, then peel off the facing very slowly and carefully. Clean the surface with alcohol or something like that (don't use any oil-based solvents), and make sure to use a lint-free cloth.

Ok....I've definitely heard enough positive reviews that you guys sold me on it. Ordering it tomorrow...in time to have it installed on my car upon delivery in 2 weeks. The toughest part will be the 1200 miles of break-in and not being able to let it rip! Thanks again for all of the honest reviews!

Isn't it back ordered? Two weeks might be a stretch no?

Didn't realize it was back ordered....that sucks. My CA told me today they could get one for me within a few days. Hmmm...

Yeah - but do you need a new DME? I got mine quickly because my car was 1/13 build, no DME required.

Just got tracking for my power kit with new ecu!! Quicker than expected. 12/11 build. Getting it on Wednesday. Haven't even called to make an appointment because I thought it would take much longer. Getbmwparts.com aka Tischer is an awesome dealer! Time to get a move on. First factory tuned engine ever for me.

They're the same color as the powder coated finish on my rims. Definitely getting the stickers installed.
