I am only giving my opinion from tuning I ver the years. One car I too started with springs only. Added better shocks, then switch to a kit and lastly to a coil over set. A lot of wasted installation money and reselling used parts.

Do it once do it correctly. All depends what you value from your car. How long are you keeping it and the perfoance you want. We buy a BMW for many reason and performance is high on the list. Style modifications ranks low in my priority and would never alter the dynamics unless it was a SAFE and improved alternative. Just my opinion. We shall wait for the OP now with his.

Tire sizes

I am buying the same wheels as you have and just want to check with you if you have any issues with having 275/35R19? Reason for asking is that HRE recommend rear tire to be 265/36R19. What brand of tires do you use? I am currently looking at Pilot Super Sport from Michelin.
Great looking car you have.

After working with the insurance company they decided to purchase me a new set of wheels if I could find something in stock ready to ship. I purchased a set of HRE FF01 in Gloss Silver and had them the following week. Sadly my car is still not complete, even after sitting for 3 months. They some how failed to order a new front lip for my car and a replacement steering rack that has been on back order for about a month has yet arrived. I just picked it up and Houston and will be having the rest of the issues taken care of in Dallas as well as a new wind shield.

**Yes. Just noticed there is a lug nut missing on the rear driver side.

Just a couple quick shots I took today and I think they turned out pretty well! Once I get my car back to Dallas and have the remaining issues sorted out I will definitely get a detail and some better shots.

Are you going to lower your car? On your stock suspension, the rear wheels will stick out PAST the fender 10MM.

HRE designed these for the E90 are selling them for the F30 without changing the offsets... rears are way too aggressive.

I had to shave off 3mm on the rear wheels and will have to lower the car 20mm to make them close to flush

also... 245/35/20 - 275/30/20 will rub.

I recommend 235/35/20 - 265/30/20 MPSS, currently running them with no issues.

Bump... any comments to Lawman's question OP?
I also would like to know.

Thanks

Thank you for getting back to me. I have ordered 19" and this might help to have better clearance. Getting the delivery next week. Mine is white as well. Any Dinan performance package on yet??
Cheers

The 19s will have the same offsets... so your rears will stick out past the fender.

was very tempted for the black, i always toy with wanting to wrap the car a matte white and then powder coating them black

have always liked the stormtrooper look and the black/black in texas is quite ridiculous in the heat of summer

You already got enough "blacked-out" look on your car (personally, not a huge fan of blacked-out look). When you tint your rear tail lights and get black wheels, nothing really stands out.

Looks pretty stupid if you ask me. I think it's perfect as is (plus you got black license plate to match your "blacked-out" look).
