With all that said, I still like the fully installed appearance.
i believe it funnels through, the dual tips that are on the passenger side.
it's diff'ly functional-u can hear it in the video. the space on the passenger side is tight on the 328 F30 because of the battery area. If you look at the quad Eisenmann, u can see how they minimized the pipe'n on the same side.

To get a clean quad - imo, u would have to get a smaller can and
place the quads tips, little more toward the center for more room. At that point u'll need a custom diffuser - or maybe use a 335 F30 quad diffuser for the msport - which i don't know if anybody makes yet.

pict of eisenmann pict ref quads:

at least there are options for the F30 4 banger.
this thread will be a good reference for anyone that looks for quads for the F30.

I'm sure the owner would appreciate the comment -
i have no clue of cost, check out the vendor section and
pm some of them. The forum vendors are very helpful.

Sounds much better than stock, but I can still hear the 4 cylinder in the note. Would be curious to see if there is any performance gain from this system.

yeah it clearly funnels through from the 3rd tip to the 4th. when i first got it, it didnt sound the way i wanted it too but after weeks it broken in i cant complain. as performance wise im not sure since i just got the car plus it my first bmw and didnt really drove it til i install the exhaust. the price for the exhaust was at wholesale since one of my buddies got connects from remus. overall not a bad mod to do for an msport f30 328i

The Rogue has a standard bypass with the option of adding an electric cutout. That's the best of both worlds.

I met the owner tonight and heard the car in person. i was actually hesitant about the exhaust but it sounds and looks great. Mad props for being the first around here to convert to dual.

i called aspec cause they also have quad tip exhaust for our cars. What sucks is, they are from china and they want 2100 for their catback and their carbon fiber diffuser.

2100 for that is not worth it.

Well, were you going for the best 335i m-sport or were you going for an M-clone? From where I stand, I've sunk a ton of cash in to my E92, complete with software, M3 suspension swap and a quaife LSD. I could have afforded an M3, but I know if I jumped on that ship, I would have started out with the same car I ended up with in the N54 BUT would have sunk even more cash in to the M3 by adding an ESS blower to it and in the end would have said "should have just bought an M6". Its a vicious cycle.

As it stands, I'm happy with the handling, sound and performance of my N54 and especially the insurance/gas when compared to an equally modified M3.

But the fast the last "pipe" is completely for looks and has nothing connected to it is kind of lame.

I like how this sounds but I think they would have been better off with just 2 (1 on each side) tips because 4 does seem a bit much for a 4 cyl. Maybe 2 would have been too similar to the 335i though? I noticed that is the way Audi A4 2.0T is set up, would be perfect IMO.

I'm having a hard time trying to understand why Remus chose to design 1 inactive tip out of 4... They're basically wiping out all their potential customers that live in colder areas.

What's the damn point? There's alot of room to work with...

My biggest issue is that 4th tip will be always shining more as it is not used. People do this as they want symmetry. once those tips get dirty and used symmetry goes away and that would bug the shit out of me. LOL
