Looking at this diagram, it appears that there is no separate clutch delay valve. N55 cars have the same diagram but the output/slave cylinder has a slightly different part number. Apparently the CDV is built into that on the F3/2s.

Here is the late E90 335i diagram, where we can see the valve (#13) which is in-line and removable.

The diameters are the same and the mounting appears to be the same, so theoretically it could be a simple matter of verifying that the piston moves the same amount and the slave cylinder itself could be swapped to the E90 to rid the effect of the CDV. Do we know for sure what the F30 valving is like, if it indeed exists (I would agree it likely does) well maybe not, it could be a lesser effect than previously.
