Yes I already have PDC & PMA but I'm adding the two extra rear-side sensors for the added PMA2 functionality. Your feedback is much appreciated! |

if you have esys ( even without token ) then it's easy to read the CAFD file ( coding file ) of your PMA2 module , appreciate it if you can post it here . I've done few PMA1 and PMA2 retrofits so if you need any help , let me know . |

read my post above reading the sensor direction , F31 even with M rear bumpers still don't have the right angle for the PMA sensors. for front PDC , remember to add 2 extra wires when you run the harness from front to the back of the car , 2 extra wires are the signal wires of the PMA front sensors Last edited by ehssan_alkhiyami; 09-27-2018 at 04:27 AM.. Rear PMA sensors are normal PDC sensors exactly like the normal front and rear PDC sensors . |

you can simply drill a 18mm hole and stick the sensor in it , but good luck with PMA not working properly . I am waiting for Zermatt feedback to get his coding file of his OEM PMA and compare with LCI non M car so see the how PMA module handle the missing rear 2 PMA sensors . |

Hi. I'm doing this retrofit in a F48 X1, when I plugged in the front harness, ISTA says that theres a shortcircuit in the front PDC. I connected the parking assistant sensors as you did, using bmw fast connectors. I checked and the positive wire in the front connectors, doesnt show any voltage. I suppose that It may send some Signal when the gear is in D, isn't it? In the other way I think that although it is named in esys as PMA2, the ECU it's prepared only for rear PDC and that would be the problem. Any help? F48 differs than F30 that one ECU controls front, rear PDC and PMA
