Welcome, friend
Congratulations on your new BMW! You're going to love it. My 335i is my second BMW, and I'll probably own a few more. Once you drive one, you don't really want to drive anything else. The engine, suspension and transmission all work as a cohesive whole that results in an unparalleled driving experience. These cars simply do not disappoint! There's a reason that the 3 series has been on M/T's 10 best list for the past 23 (or so) years!

Hey there! Its my first time on this site and happen to see this post.... I am a new BMW owner as well. I just traded my 2011 Audi A3 for my new 2012 328i. Not that I didn't like my Audi but Ive always wanted a BMW and the deal was too good to pass up. Plus my A3 was 2 years old and I was ready for something new.. I actually drove a 328i a few weeks ago for the hell of it, and I fell in love!
Unfortunately, the bigger mods are going to have to wait a while, with the new car payment being a little more than my old one and I just started a new job in Sept.. But shes getting tint in the next couple weeks. Eventually she will get some nice VMR 19" matte black rims and a coilover set like my Audi. I cant stand the suspension on this car! but Im used to PSS10 coilovers that are super tight and handle like a dream!! Ill get used to it... Here is my old baby girl: And the new ride: |

All of the excitement makes me feel less sad about getting rid of a gorgeous car.
On another note i went to the dealer today and ordered my M sport performance exhaust. It will be installed along with the tint when it gets in. They charged me $950 for the exhaust which was I believe Flemington BMWs price plus shipping and charging $200 with the install. Overall I'm very happy with my experience with the staff at my BMW dealership, they are much smaller than the local Audi dealership and they have been outstanding. Definitely a good start to joining the BMW family. I was also informed that my car has been sitting in port for roughly 3 weeks in savannah Georgia. Any ideas on the hold up? I'm guessing once it leaves Georgia maybe 10 days to receive it? Thanks for the help! |

I do too hope the 428i or 435i will ease the slight pain of driving a C350 Coupe (Black w/ Red Leather + Goodies). |

Congrats! I just picked up my first BMW yesterday and I'm loving it so far!
I am confused on one thing though... I have the 328i xdrive coupe 6MT. I've been told it's a 2013 but I'm not convinced it's a F32. The vin decoders I have used are saying it's an E92 production date July 10, 2012. The F30 manual shows the radio controls above the climate controls. I have the volume control and "favorites" buttons under the climate control. How can I determine if it's a 2012 E92 or a 2013 F32?? Thanks in advance! |
