The Numbers look good and GREAT JOB on getting the car discounted 13% but I hope the payment is 600 a month with taxes in ? I am getting a base lease payment of 524.68 before taxes..

Yes, the payment includes taxes, lease acquisition fee, and doc fee. Thanks!

I think they are getting u a bit in the acquisition fee (725) and the doc fee (<100) but the discount looks great on a loaded 335!

you should be asking for about 20% or more off msrp. others are starting to get that much off now for the 2014 models.

You can do better on a 2014.
My MSRP is only about $2000 lower than yours but I am getting a 2015 for $575/mo $14xx out the door (no down).
Check my thread.

20% off?

Are people really getting 20% off MSRP on 2014s now on lots? I'd jump if that was the case as I'm looking for a 328d xDrive Wagon in grey with the sport package (like trying to find a needle in the hay) and a couple dealers with CPOs and loaners haven't even entertained 15% off.

Am about to order ED but if I could seriously get close to 20% I'd do it.

I assume you're only talking about leasing vs. buying outright (which I'm attempting to do).

im talking about purchases.
here is an example.

purchases and leases shouldn't be much different on dealing on the car itself. however you finance or lease it after the car price is then different.

That is a CPO... Not a new car on lot.
