I ordered my 335 xi, from oct Msrp 56500,

0 down 660 a month,
I think I could make it down to 580-600

0.00125 for the MF. Not sure what the residual for November is, but most likely it went down to compensate for the $1,000 holiday credit.

Question, if I locked in October rates can I use just the MF from November and keep the residual from October since I have the USAA credit which is not applicable with the holiday incentive?

Does that vary by model, 328/335, xdrive / RWD... My CA told me .00130. Where did you get .00125 from?

It doesn't vary by model.
I saw 0.00125 multiple times in other threads' postings.

Did your CA tell you anything about the residual value?

You CAN re-lock at the new rate, but you can't pick and choose different rate/residual separately.

Legitimate sources or the same threads that are just hearsay that I've seen? Link?

Not yet, have an email in to him.. They're computers were down, so waiting for new payment details. I'm expecting about a $40/month savings on a 335xi M Sport, provided that they didn't just adjust the residual to make up the difference for the holiday credit

EDIT: CA just said residual went down one point (so 61%). Still waiting for overall impact on my payment.

Yes new $1000 holiday credit on lease
as long as it takes delivery before 01/02/2013 I think
can be stacked on other offers

I was able to stack recent grad with holiday credit

I can confirm it is now .00130 on the new f30
It is .00125 on other vehicles

My CA posted me a spread sheet, I can give you specific residuals/money factor if you guys want

Uploaded spreadsheet
The residuals listed are for 15k miles
so for 12k miles add 2%
and for 10k miles add 3%

Highlighted is 328i, below has the 335i sedan

Damn, 48 residual for 335i dropped TWO points. 328i only dropped one. I wonder why the 335i hate? Oh well, I'm still ahead with the Holiday Credit and the lower MF. Overall I'm almost $50/mo. better off than when I first ordered in August. I'll gladly take that.
