I didn't, old ones sort of fit but leave a tiny gap that you can't see with the boot shut anyway.

Just found this on another thread buysk, you can code the pins on A174*13B to provide power to the inner light indicators by coding this...

REM_01 > LceLampMapping1 3062 > MAPPING_BLINKER_H_L_FIXED_PWM = fixed*
REM_01 > LceLampMapping1 3062 > MAPPING_BLINKER_H_L_PWM_LEVEL_1 = 13.7V [Default]
REM_01 > LceLampMapping1 3062 > MAPPING_BLINKER_H_R_FIXED_PWM = fixed*
REM_01 > LceLampMapping1 3062 > MAPPING_BLINKER_H_R_PWM_LEVEL_1 = 13.7V [Default]

Doing this means you can follow all of the BMW guide but I've not done it to test but might if I get problems with the splice.
