Crazy, I just replaced the thrust arms /tension strut and didn’t think about upgrading to f80 🫠.
Is the consensus to upgrade the f80 lower control arms and tie rods, or is the lower control arm ok to do alone? Also, thoughts on the thrust arm being upgraded to f80 as well?

henry at bimmer world has aftermarket bushings for the original thrust arms that will center back our tires once or when u do the install F80 lcas.

I advice to go with the tie rods too. IMHO the F30 tie rods will be a bit too short to be safe to ride, specially if you drive in bad roads. It can be done with the F30 tie rods tho

Well I did the f80 control arm swap, and also tried to install some et30 18x9 ARC8 with 255/40r18 RE71RS tires. Definite rub, Gotta figure out if I can roll fenders and do a caster camber plate to adjust, or if I need to ditch the M3 arms.

apex told me 245 40 18 is highest u can go without rubbing. and thats without f80 arms.
