How are those? Do they drop the car too much?

+1 I would also like to know. The specs for the eibachs are listed below:

http://performance-suspension.eibach...012-13_pro-kit

Looks like the spring weights are quite close to stock when not compressed. Am I reading that right? See below:

FRONT:
OE rate: 29 N/mm (160 lbs/in)
Pro-Kit rate: 28-54 N/mm (159-310 lbs/in)

REAR:
OE rate: 85 N/mm (485 lbs/in)
Pro-Kit rate: 86-104 N/mm (491-594 lbs/in)

Does that mean the pro kit rate of 159 lb/in is same as stock with the 160 lb/in rate when not compressed? And when compressed, pro kit is 310 lb/in vs just the 160 lb/in. A bit confusing...

I think I remember you put on the springs before the shocks right? But you also had the base comfort suspension.

I ask my question because with the Adaptive M sport suspension, our shocks in sport mode are stiffer and lower than the passive sport suspension, so it might be a better match for the shocks.

Mines still on order from baan velgen

i chose eibach because its apparently closer to stock than h&r's.
if and when the shocks break in a few years, ill go with Bilstein's
will post picks of eibach when i get it and install it

can you also post a review of the eibachs with the sportline suspension? Would love to hear that setup... thanks.

Which model do you have? I've seen a lot of 328i on Eibach and it looks great. Haven't seen any on a 335i yet. Thanks!

I had the Sport Springs with M performance Shocks, and it was not fun.

The M Performance Springs are mated perfectly with the shocks.

Nope, BMW was kind enough to install the wrong shocks first because the M Performance (red ones) hadn't been released...it was a bit bumpy.

Now, with the M performance shocks AND springs, all is well.

I think the question here is Oem sport struts w m perf springs...you had the inverse (m perf struts with stock springs ) right?

I personally don't think its worth it for a mere 10mm drop vs stock sport. just get the whole kit if you want to have these springs.

well that logic could be applied to any H&R, eibach, etc. product ... people buy springs cause they don't wanna pay 2k for a kit and 1k for the install.
