From Jeff at Dinan:
Correct, both our cars are Sportline, so my understanding is that the 20mm is from the sport (passive or adaptive) stance. Which would mean that the base no-line or Luxury or Modern would be a slightly larger drop. ---------------------------------------------- So looks like confusion settled! |

That would be a huge market for them to tap into.

Are you saying that a no-line base car with DHP has the same sport suspension as an MSport?

I wonder how they will ride considering they are linear instead of progressive. Linear springs tend to be on the harsh side. Says the bump stops are progressive but the picture shows the springs linear.

The progressive aspect of the OEM springs is why they feel so soft at the initial point of compression...I am happy to be rid of that.

Can't wait to hear your review of both the aesthetics (pic of the lowering) as well as the feel and performance while driving....I'm thinking about ordering ask well. Is it safe to say that the typical Dinan "warranty" will be in place for these just like it is for their engine tunes? In other words....in the same way that their warranty will cover a blown turbo if it is caused by the tune (I know, it's not truly BMW's warranty, but Dinan's), will the Dinan warranty cover a blown shock that could have been caused by installing these springs?
