Griots Garage Interior Cleaner for NAV and CF Trim?

I've been using Griot's Garage 10956 Interior Cleaner for the carpet, headliner etc, but not for my dash, NAV screen and CF interior trim. Is it safe?

Their product description: You spend a lot of quality time behind the wheel, and Griot's Garage Interior Cleaner will help the miles roll by easier. It contains no dyes or additives that could damage the surface being cleaned. Leaves behind no residue that would attract more dirt. It wipes clean and clear. Safe on all surfaces including carpets, floor mats, seats, fabrics, vinyl, headliners, door panels, dash, and leather! Also works great around the house on floors, walls, cloth, carpet, shoes, bags, purses, and just about every surface!

I'm hesitant to use anything on the screen...

If you're happy with their products, they suggest the Interior Detailer for dashes, trim & NAV screens: https://www.griotsgarage.com/product...om=Search&cx=0:
Interior Detailer is safe for all solid interior surfaces including vinyl, leather, wood, painted trim, metal, carbon fiber, plastic, glass, and even NAV screens. Get a natural, crisp, streak-free, original OEM finish with no greasy feel or residue. Simply mist and wipe using a Microfiber Interior Detailing Cloth. Interior Detailer is silicone free and leaves your cabin smelling citrus fresh and clean.

My experience: don't touch the nav screen with anything other than a mf towel and maybe 303 (or similar). The rest you can clean with whatever you like. I happen to use Adam's Super VRT for my interior (everything but the leather), but most "interior" cleaners work just fine.

I use a slightly damp microfiber towel to clean it. Water only no cleaner

Just use the same screen cleaner that you use on your HDTV; trust that the TV is much more sensitive than you car NAV.

Always only use microfiber. I have a spray cleaner from Phillips that came with a very soft glass cleaning microfiber. I spray the towel not the screen directly.

Check out McKees 37 Quick Interior Detailer. It works great for NAV screens. I use it regularly on my vehicles and customers vehicles with no issues. It also has anti static properties.

I have a microfiber cloth made for cleaning glass. The cloth is much thinner then a normal detailing MF cloth. Just an inexpensive brand called Simoniz that comes in a 3 pack but they work great on glass. I take one and get it damp and wipe the nav screen. That usually does the job. Sometimes I have to give it a wipe with a dry glass mf cloth after to just buff out a streak or two.
I find this works fine. The nav screen doesn't really get any crap on it...just dust. Maybe it you tend to yell and spit while driving....

+1 on microfiber cloth for the screen. I fold the cloth a bunch of times to size it a bit bigger than the height of the screen and swipe once from right to left with almost no pressure. This gets 99% of the dust off your screen.

If you somehow got a smudge on it (which should be rarely because you shouldn't be putting y our hands anywhere close to it) then use a bit of water with a MF cloth after you've wiped the screen off once.

Same process should go with the trim.

For the dash, use warm water with MF cloth. You don't need any cleaner unless you somehow spilt a drink or something...

I've been using that exact same 10956 Griot's Cleaner with a microfiber towel on my iDrive screen as well as the rest of the dash, doors, and other plastics without issue. Screen still looks perfect.
