If we were to compare 435i M Sport with Sport, Luxury, Modern or SE, would there be any difference in exhaust sound? Does M Sport have more vital exhaust than other lines? Has anyone experienced any difference between them?

No, no difference. You have standard of Port installed/Optional MPerformance, that's it.

If the car is changed from Echo Mode to Sports Mode by pressing the sports buttons next to the gear, will the exhaust tone change deeper like what happens in Maserati, Mercedes S63 AMG, etc.. ?

The package was about $1370, and it was for the black grilles and the exhaust only; ppk was extra, and I ordered that from getbmwparts.com. I installed the engine cover and lower intake piece plus the stickers and had my dealer install the software for 1 hour's labor cost.
