Question 245/40, 275/35 with 19x8.5+36 front and 19x9.5 +45 rear?

I have ordered my Rays 2x5S wheels in the following sizes and now I'm deciding on placing an order for 245/40 19 and 275/35 19 tires for the extra sidewalls to cope with our crappy road surfaces here. Will these fit without any modification to the fenders? The car is lowered on AC Schnitzer Springs (about an inch lower than base springs) and I'm also not looking into having aggressive alignment setup on the car. Thanks!
