330e Gloves included with charger?

Hi All,

Just took the 330e for a test drive and noticed that a pack of nylon gloves are included with the charger...

Any idea why? Surely they're not designed for use when plugging in the charger?

I got the gloves with my car as well. I do think they are for plugging in the charger since it gets very dirty after a while. I haven't used them but maybe I should...

My cable is very dirty after 2 months ( outside parking at office = rain and dust ), so the gloves are welcome.
I use a plastic box in the trunk to store the cable.
