Try FCP Euro, they will replace anything after you pay for it the first time. So if you blow up your motor again you'll get a new one for free.

As I've been pointing out in my previous two statements and exactly to what you're assuming there's something not right here.

I'm not a BMW drive train engineer or pretend to be or know their specific metal fatigue tolerances and clearances off hand but I do work for Ford at Vehicle Operations now for 17 years and I've seen a lot with drivetrain and there can be some scoring in the cylinder walls and premature piston ring wear if not enough or proper lubrication is occurring. Will it immediately cease a motor or maybe after 2 minutes like he said I doubt it.

But I agree 100% with you, this description is so off, I mean completely off like a 15 year old kid wrote it using immature statements and descriptions. He's been a member since 09 I just don't get it with some people coming on to "I don't wanna jump to any conclusions here" troll.

I've seen "modern engines" run on no oil for less then a minute and seize. That being said, it really all depends.

I've seen both. All makes and models, just depending on how hard it's being pushed at the time and the internal temps. Just depends.

I think he just owes us a bit of a better explanation. 1. one missing bolt shouldn't violently spew out oil should have sufficient torque and gasket presence, I believe it takes 3 fastners and depends on which he broke. (Personally I would have ever driven my car in such an instance) 2. In the case that it did (and I add a quart to my n55 every 2k) it will warn you of low oil. 3. Did he ignore it? 4. Why the hell would you push the motor that hard knowing it's not 100% operational or potential issues linger.

Not always. Some cases are more straight forward. The shit doesn't add up in this thread though

OP seems to have vanished. Too bad. Would like to know the full and accurate story behind original posting. Without more details, this has developed a bit of an odor.

Don't take this the wrong way, but you have one less fastener on your oil filter housing (lifeline of lubrication along with oil pump to your motor) but you felt the need to go "full tilt" or WOT why the hell would you do that on a partially fastened oil filter housing?? You noticed the car didn't like the first WOT run and you persist to stay on it or try again?

This really confuses me...

And you aren't aware where the jb4 or the BT device is located? Did someone else install this for you?

Forgive me if I'm jumping to some type of conclusion but this just seems a tad strange to me.

Since you have an E93 m3 listed in your sig, are you running an F30/32? Is it on a PS2 upgrade since you're seeing 21psi? You realize the stock t map is only good for 20-21 psi and it would shut your car down into limp if you hit that. If you're on a stock turbo how the hell are you seeing 21psi? Meth??

I've just seen a lot of things in this forum over the years and I just need some clarification I guess. :
OP posted earlier that he purchased an F-30 in this thread: http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...hlight=Listed5

That confirms on part but what are we suppose to go look for all his posts now to piece his car and mods together.

He hasn't posted in days after the initial questions that's why all the suspicion as well. :

Concur. Just thought I would add what I found when I searched him. He appears to have teleported to a different dimension.

Lol yes it seems so indeed. Nice find you look for his threads started?
It's a shame he could have just stated what really happened and would have probably got more attention and help on the issue.

Yup! If you're "straight" and present the question without the apparent BS, most members are more than happy to help.

But wait, you too can own your very own seized engine F30:

http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1409973

OP, did you take it to see if it is actually seized? it could be something simple.
