My tire place provided the roundels with the wheels free of charge.

You can get them pretty much anywhere online.....with wildly differing pricepoints.

Here's a video on installing them.

Here's my Sottozero 2 on AXIS Sport XM, still waiting for our 20cm of snow to test it out.

I just popped the caps out of my OEM wheels and popped them in the Rials. Perfect fit!

That's what I did too, but I had a feeling it'll eventually become loose and fell off if do that every time I swap my wheels.

I'm planning to get another set from getBMWparts.com

You might also check your local dealer since I see you're also from Canada. I was going to order a set for my winter wheels last year online but decided to check my local dealer and was surprised to find they were cheaper than ordering online from the U.S. once you factored in shipping and taxes.

17" winter wheels

Had to throw my hat in the ring for winter wheels. Went with the 17" setup with the LM-32 Blizzaks, which I'm really loving. They ride great. I'll probably get some flames going with such a small wheel, but I live in Omaha and the streets here can get pretty rough. Enjoy.

Ha I went for the same Rial X10 in black, 17" x 7.5" ET32 as KGIL above. I like the look, they are just over 22 lbs and they're made in Poland (marked Germany on the wheel) rather than China.

I read the latest comparison and chose the Pirelli Sottozero 3 over the Dunlop 4D for best dry/wet road handling rather than the better snow performance of the Blizzak option. With RWD I know I'm not going to be balls to the wall in serious powder, I'll wait for the plows to do their work.

Here is the setup on my (dirty) black F30, haven't yet dressed the tires

Another shot, still a little dirty:

And later after a good bath:

I really am liking the look, the tires feel great too.

Reply to post 29. I have no idea which one you're talking about. The picture will repopulate in the reply.

I just ordered the same tires but with an H rating. Is there a difference between the V and H rated minus the speed rating?

Definitely. But hey, downsizing wheels isn't fun if you don't change it up a bit!
