SO, I've searched this topic and found one similar but the reverse of my issue:

My iPhone 5 is paired with my '13 328i, I have EBT and my issue is that every time I get into the car, I have to go through like 9 screens to reconfigure BT audio. I know there isn't an issue with bluetooth itself as the phone functions all work without fail. the following are the steps I have to go through and I've deleted the phone and reconfigured but it just isn't working seamlessly, thoughts? (it seems excessive to have to go through this step-by-step each time)

I had a similar issue once with my 4s. I "forgot" the car's Bluetooth device and then set it up again. Haven't had an issue since...knock on wood.

Yeah, I did that once before and for a short time, it worked....
