Swapped my n26 with a 2016 n26 after timing blew (was cheaper than doing the timing job itself) No codes or anything for about 6 weeks until now the car began running poorly. Rough idles at stops, rough cold starts, every single time i fill up gas the car doesnt start at all the first time, the second time i start it the rpms bounce back and forth from 1200 to 800 i give it a little gas then it eases back into a normal idle. Got code P0171 first followed by P0440. Car runs completely normal when warm, but when its cool it feels like it hates to be at a stop. Id like to try to address this myself before taking it to a dealer later this week, i maintain both motors (asides from the $4k timing job) as best as i can car has been a nightmare and id just like to drive it with a peace of mind and hoping i wont stall out and die 50 miles away from home. if anyone has any suggestions as to what i should replace/look into please let me know.
