Has a gone ever filed a claim with Safe Guard products international?

Has anyone ever filed a claimed with this third party warranty? I got one successfully approved after going back and fourth with them. One question. They didn't cover the entire labor amount, am I able to just get a check for the approved amount? I was sold this warranty by the BMW dealer where I bought my f30 from.

Is it like insurance claims? Thanks.

Best approach is to take it to the dealer or the repair shop and let them deal with thr warranty company. Most of the time they end up negotiating and getting work approved and done.
